I can't praise my Albany Park Park sofa enough. I had always wanted a white couch but was concerned about dirt showing on most fabrics. This Bouclé couch, with beige stitching on a linen white base, still looks like new after several years of daily use. I adore Albany Park's products for their outstanding quality, reasonable prices, and the convenience of quickly disassembling and reassembling the couch for easy moving.

I love these rechargeable Thinker Lamps! They're available in different styles and added a fun evening ambiance to the dining room.

Color Code: ppg1126-6 I used this color in an eggshell sheen throughout the entire property project. I found it to be earthy and energizing during the daytime and that it offered a rich sense of coziness in the evening's dim lighting.

A touch of faux greenery in a room makes a significant difference! I always keep a supply of faux plants for property staging.

This peel and stick wallpaper was such a fun accent to incorporate in the entryway, hallway and living room. I liked it because it's not so loud at a distance, but has a metallic gold pattern that catches your eye in certain lighting. It added so much fun to this project.

This bamboo pendant light added fun, earthy texture to the property. I installed one in the entryway, two in the hallway, and one above the stove in the kitchen. Lovely lighting makes all the difference!

I found this green geometric tile at Floor and Decor for $2.19/8x8in. piece. I love an accent floor and this tile added all the fun to the property's primary bathroom. Porcelain tiles are porous and can stain easily, so make sure you seal them properly immediately after installation!

PPG Metallic Tones I incorporated numerous metallic gold accents to represent the sun in this earthy condo, and they paired beautifully with the espresso-stained wood floors, reminiscent of rich soil. I used this gold metallic paint to add a pop of shine and additional visual interest to the fireplace and hallway closet door. This paint required 4 coats to reach full opacity, but was totally worth it for the impact!

Color: Espresso When I first purchased this condo, the flooring was an orange-tinged color due to the age of the polyurethane. I wanted a shade that would mimic rich soil, so I had the floors resurfaced and stained this espresso brown color. It's a pretty contrast with the white molding.

This black and gold chandelier comes with sputnik style and modern geometric shape, combining the style of modern and retro. I think it paired well with the geometric tile and wallpaper I used throughout the property project as well. I used the 6-light option for the living room, kitchen and dining rooms and the 4-light option for the bedrooms.

Color code: 912 I love this Benjamin Moore shade of Linen White. It's creamy, delicate and warm, perfect for creating relaxed spaces. I selected it for its genuine ivory/cream hue, which infuses the room with calm light while providing a distinct contrast against white moldings."

This single light wall sconce features a candle-style light finished in a brushed metallic gold color. It added a bit of chic style and further amplified the metallic gold accents throughout the property. If you choose to use this sconce, make sure it's wired to a switch. This sconce has no on/off button or pull string and is really only ideal for switched electrical sources (I found out the hard way). I used 2 of these above the fireplace and 1 in the hallway.
